Aliha was abandoned at birth. She was brought up as a soldier on Couruscant, though she ran away just before she would have been declared eight years of age. In a past life she was a Jedi Knight, but was killed by a Dark Jedi. Her memories of it are returning slowly, but enough has returned for her to be able to use the lightsaber. Hers is a black light (looks black but when ignited looks purple and everything white glows).
