Silent Tears Engulf!
Makes whoever's hit with it at feel INCREDIBLY guilty for every bad
thing they've done (basically inhances/gives them a conscience), and
makes them start crying incessantly and begging forgiveness. It wears
off after about five minutes for the average Sith/Youma, faster or
slower depending on how evil the person is (like Annika would probably
cry for two days, where as Ariel would only be upset for a few
moments).
Dream Bubbles Wake!
The person the attack is pointed at is surrounded by a huge bubble,
which will reflect what's in their hearts at them, with a good person
it doesn't do much, but it can make a Sith go insane. And if the
bubble is popped while they're inside it, it kills them. Tanrei has to let
them out of the bubble herself - no one else can do it.
Sailor Chibi Yavin is the Guardian of Dreams, which means that she is in charge of all wishes and desires. She can grant some dreams. Mostly she makes sure that no one has their dreams shattered.
Tanrei was raised by her father's brother's widow until she was twelve, when her adoptive family was killed by Ariel. She was saved by Sailor Yavin and brought to the past to be with the Sailor Senshi.
Tanrei has health problems (most promimently, a weak heart) and over-excitement or exhertion causes her to faint. The spells pass quickly, but they aren't exactly pleasant. She is also very quiet and serene, and after the murder of her adoptive family she has trouble allowing people to get close to her. She has a lot of trouble accepting Sailor Yavin as her mother, insisting that Hana Yuushuu was and always will be her real mother.
Tanrei 'died' while helping Oame defeat Naga Sadow - she left her body and went to the Underworld, where she decided she did not wish to return to her life as a senshi and would rather be reborn elsewhere.
