out from her hands and engulfs the enemy, leaving them frozen.

amount of power it unleashes.
Seiyun, using her Onyx Scepter, is able to manipulate the Space Corridor to
immediately transport people. However, this takes up all her energy and leaves
her defenseless afterward.
Seiyun is the daughter of two diplomats. Her mother, Cornelia, is strong in the Force but was prevented from becoming a Jedi by her noble family. Her father, Jeiras, was the Senator for Coruscant. Seiyun grew up in a high power circle with both parents. At an early age, she found out that she had a talent for working with people, and she decided to follow in her father's footsteps. She became a senate aide to the Delegates from Naboo, particularly Senator Palpatine. She had been working with Palpatine for four years when she found out about her role as Sailor Coruscant.
