Tammy was born in an alley with her twin sister in Versailles, France. Separated at birth, a cat came along and took her sister; Tammy figured that the cat ate her sister. She grew up in the city with the help of rats and disease-crawling hobos. When she was eight, she found the cat that took her sister and murdered it. Lusting for more death and anger, she became a notorious killer and thief. She learned survival techniques and knowledge of a time warp, which she used to travel to another part of the universe, where she started stealing from a wealthy band of people, the Sith. One night, she broke into a Sith Lordess' apartment meaning only to steal valuable statues and heirlooms, but when the Sith came home and attacked, Tammy found the woman an easily-beat match, and she quickly murdered her. Upon leaving the apartment a glowing black henshin rose to Tammy, and, thinking it another valuable, she grabed it. The henshin transformed Tammy into a vile Sith Mistress.
Mistique, a high-ranking Sith, learned of the new Sith with extraordinary powers and set out in search of her in remembrance of her abandoned children. Tammy met with the newly-appointed Sith queen and learned that her mother was in fact Mistique, and that if the other sister had survived, they would turn her, or she would be destroyed.
