Cammy was born in an alley in Versailles, France, where she was abandoned by her mother. A cat by the name of Mikado came along and dragged the infant to a human home, the palace of Versailles, where she became the princess of France and step-sister to Josephine Versailles. Living in the life of luxury, she had the best tutors, who taught her martial arts and fencing. Still feeling a sense of incompleteness in her life, she left the palace to search for her long-lost mother. On her journey she came accross a wounded woman in an alley wearing a dress of pure water like none Cammy had ever seen. The dying woman told Cammy that she must travel in time, using her henshin stick, to the planet X, where she will protect the dying woman's daughter, the princess Vlamidala. Cammy watched the woman until the end, then took her crown and teleporter stick and shouted out, "Planet X Force Power, Make-Up!" Cammy had transformed into the legendary Sailor Jedi of War. With her powers and skills, she led the armies on the planet X against the opposing warriors, the Frostarians, to victory. The capital in ruins, Cammy took the liberty in crowning the princess and naming the capital in honor of her hometown, Versailles.
