"This is the place where guests fight, cry, or whatever else they feel like doing to each other," Nami said into her microphone.
"Welcome to Death Splash!" Xarae added into her microphone.
"Today we have some very special guests."
"That's right, Xarae - our special topic today is: I can't help falling for beautiful girls!"
"So with that, come on out, Joukuu!!" Xarae smiled as she walked closer to the stage.
Backstage, a little before the show came on:
Joukuu paced nervously. "I don't know if I can do it."
"Sure you can! You're here, aren't you?" The voice startled the nervous boy.
"I know, but what happens if I throw up?" he asked in a small voice.
"You won't. Just say what you feel or make something up," Tashita smiled at him. "Oh, it's almost time for you to go on! Come over and stand here."
"How will I know when to go on?"
"I'll tell you." Tashita listened to the headphones that were on her head. "Now! Go!"
Joukuu walked on stage. Xarae and Nami waited for him to sit down while the audience was standing and applauding.
"Glad you were able to be with us today," Xarae said as she walked up on stage.
"Now tell us a little about yourself," Nami told the boy who was sitting up on the stage.
"Well... I like to study the stars and..." Joukuu started.
"That's nice. Enough about you. Lets bring out our next guest," Xarae said as she cut Joukuu off.
"Okay. She loves being the center of attention and she hates when things don't go her way - here is Kiji!"
Kiji slowly made her way to her chair, a few chairs away from Joukuu. "Hi. I ..."
"And our next guest is going to come out shortly," Xarae cut Kiji off.
Kiji crossed her arms over her chest and had a angry look on her face. She then looked over at Joukuu, and a big smile swept across her face. Joukuu turned to see her smiling back at him. He blushed and turned his attention back on the hostesses.
Backstage:
"Come on and hurry up!" Tashita told Shikuku.
"I am!" Shikuku shot back at the brunette.
"You are going to be on in a few seconds, come stand over here, and wait for me to cue you on," Tashita again listened to her headset. "You're on!"
Shikuku walked across the stage and sat in her chair, only a few away from Joukuu. Kiji narrowed her eyes because Joukuu's focus was now on the new guest that just took a seat. Shikuku smiled shyly and looked over at the blushing Joukuu.
"How dare you!" Kiji screamed.
"What?" Nami asked.
Kiji was talking to Joukuu. "You blushed for me, now you blush at her?! How dare you do such a thing!" Kiji was now standing and making wild gestures.
"What are you talking about?" Joukuu said innocently.
"She is talking about me! I thought you liked me? Now it seems like you like her. How could you?" Shikuku yelled at Joukuu.
Both Nami and Xarae decided to move up in the audience. Nom and Mika moved to where they could rush up on stage if they needed to.
Kiji took some steps toward Shikuku. "You can't go around and steal boys away from people - that's not right!"
"Oh, really? Well I hate jerks, and it seems to me like you are one of those!" Shikuku rushed up to Kiji and grabbed a fistful of hair.
Nom was the first to act, getting between Kiji and Shikuku. Mika ran up on stage, tripped and landed on the three girls. Now there was huge fight with Kiji, Shikuku, Nom, and Mika.
"Death Splash, Death Splash, Death Splash..." the audience chanted.
"Looks like we need to cut to a commercial," Nami suggested.
"No, we can't," Xarae said.
"Why not?"
"Because we get higher ratings for this kind of stuff!"
Nami just nodded her head.
All of a sudden, Boshi and Kalil came bounding from backstage and broke up the fight. After the fight was broken up, Boshi and Kalil walked back to backstage.
The two girl guests were now seated away from each other, and Nom and Mika were on alert.
"Well, wasn't that fun?" Xarae asked the audience.
The audience cheered.
"Now, time for questions from the audience," Nami said.
"Hey, wait a minute. You didn't ask us anything or explain anything about us," Kiji complained.
"Shut up. This is our show, and we will run it any way we like," Xarae smiled.
"Looks like we have a question over here," Nami said.
"And your question is to whom?"
"To the lady who started the fight," Yoshiko started. "How can you be so jealous?"
"I just am," Kiji stated with a flick of her hair.
Peetie, who was seated next to her, added, "Do you like fighting?"
"What kind of question is that? Of course I do."
The audience booed.
"We have another question over here," Xarae said.
"My question goes to the guy," Kairiku said. "Maybe you need to quit blushing, 'cause it got you in a lot of trouble here." The pigtailed girl smiled while she sat back down.
Joukuku blushed, and the audience laughed.
"Well that's all the time we have left," Nami started.
"See you next time on Death Splash!" Xarae finished.
