Rene had been on Coruscant for almost a week now. She finally getting used to living in the Rooms Behind the Waterfall in the Temple. One day she and Master Yoda were talking. He told her that since she still couldn't remember who she was completely, she should take a trip to Dantooine. Plus, she should take Obi-Wan and Annika with her too. She agreed to take them. Then Master Yoda also decided that she should take Nom with her too, because she had the Mind's Eye, which was the fastest ship around, and she had been to Dantooine too, so she would come in handy. I had agreed with Master Yoda on taking Nom with us too.
"I'll go ask them in a little bit if they would go with me to Dantooine, Master Yoda."
"You must try to find out who you are soon, because it is your destiny to defend Dantooine. See if you can leave in the morning; the sooner, the better."
"Yes, Master Yoda. I'll go ask them now so we can leave in the morning. You're right - I do need to know who I am, because I can't keep going on like this, Master Yoda. I need to know something about myself, my parents, my planet, and my family."
After she and Master Yoda had finished talking, she then went over to Nom's quarters to ask her if she would take her, Obi-Wan, and Annika to Dantooine. But on her way to Nom's quarters, she ran into Anakin and Oola. They asked her where was she was going, and she told them that she was on her way to ask Nom to take her, Obi-Wan, and Annika to Dantooine so she could find out who she was. They got really excited and asked if they could go too.
"Sure, I don't think there should be a problem with you guys going, and besides, I think the more, the merrier. But I still have to ask Nom first though, because it is her ship."
They both agreed and bid Rene on her merry way to find Nom. Rene finally came to Nom's quarters, and she was inside cooking something, because as soon as you came up to the door, you could smell something sweet coming from inside. Rene knocked on Nom's quarters' door, and you could hear Nom shouting, "Come in. I'm in the kitchen cooking chicken and dumplings." So Rene entered Nom's quarters and headed for the kitchen.
"Hi, Nom. I have a question to ask."
"Yes, Rene, what is it?"
"Could you take me, Obi-Wan, Annika, Anakin, and Oola to Dantooine for the day? Because Master Yoda thought that it would be a good idea that I go to my home planet of Dantooine so I can try to find out something about my past. And since you've been there, you know more about the planet than I do."
Sure, it sounds like a great idea. So when do you went to leave then?"
"I was hoping we could leave tomorrow about 10 AM, if that's okay with you?"
"That's fine with me. We can leave tomorrow at 10 am. It'll give me time to fuel up the ship and take care of things. Just have everyone meet us in the docking bay by then."
"Okay, and thanks again, Nom. I'll let you get back to your cooking, and I'll see you in the morning."
Rene bid Nom goodbye and left on her merry way to find everyone to tell them to meet her and Nom in the docking bay by 10 am tomorrow so they could all leave for Dantooine. They all agreed to meet her and Nom in the docking bay by 10 am. She then bid them goodnight and left to the garden to sit down and meditate before going to her quarters. While she was sitting there, Anakin came up to her and asked her if she were okay.
"I'm fine, Anakin. I'm just trying to meditate, because I'm scared of what's going to happen tomorrow. I've never been to Dantooine, and I don't know if I'll be welcome or not."
"Well, you should be welcome, because it's your home planet, and you're their defender, too. Your dad and mom were the head of the Rebels on the planet, and they would want you to follow in their footsteps and be connected to the Rebels somehow."
"You're right, Anakin, my parents would want me to follow in their footsteps by joining the Rebels in their fight for freedom for our planet. But I really don't know if I'm up to that yet or not. But I do know one thing - I'm going to have to be brave and see what happens tomorrow."
"Good for you, Rene, and I'll be behind you all the way, and you know what we can split up into three groups, and we can all go in different ways, so we can check out the planet for you. I myself wouldn't mind checking out Dantooine, because I have never been there. I think Nom's the only one I know of who has been there."
"Anakin, that sounds like a great idea, and I don't think anyone would mind either. I know Annika and Obi-Wan would love that too. Well, we better get going, because it's getting late, and we need to be ready in the morning."
"Yeah, true, we do need our rest. Oh, by the way, Rene, I made you a necklace so you could put your heart-shaped crystal into it, and by the way, can I walk you to your quarters because it is getting late?"
Anakin handed Rene the necklace so she could put her heart-shaped crystal in it. The heart-shaped crystal fit just right in the necklace.
"Oh Anakin, thank you so much. It is so lovely, and I will always keep it next to my heart to remind me of my parents, and Anakin, yes, you may walk me to my quarters. I can always use the company."
So Rene and Anakin walked to Rene's quarters, and when they got there, he told her goodnight and gave her a hug for luck tomorrow. He then left back to his and Obi-Wan's quarters.
Rene could not could not sleep at all that night though. She was too excited about visiting Dantooine in the morning. So all night long, she kept thinking about how things were going to turn out on Dantooine.
The next morning, Rene was really tired from a sleepless night, but she knew that she had to meet everyone at the docking bay at 10 am. She got out of bed and went to use the refresher; then she got ready to leave for the docking bay. As soon as she came out of her quarters, Annika was waiting outside of her quarters for her.
"Hi, Rene, I just got here so I could walk with you down to the docking bay."
"Oh, thank you Annika. I thought that you and Obi-Wan would already be on your way to the docking bay."
"Don't be silly. This is your day, and I wanted to make sure you were ready to go. And besides, Obi-Wan and Anakin weren't ready. Anakin had also said something about you being nervous when I went to see if they were ready, so I told him that I would come over to see if you were okay, because he was a little worried about you. So that's why I'm here."
"Okay, Annika if you want we can stop by Obi-wan's and Anakin's quarters to see if they are ready."
Annika's eyes lit up when Rene asked her if she wanted to go see if Obi-Wan and Anakin were ready. "Would you mind, Rene?"
"No, Annika, I wouldn't mind at all."
So Rene and Annika went over to Obi-Wan's and Anakin's quarters to see if they were ready yet. When they got there, Obi-Wan and Anakin were just coming out the door. So the four of them ended up walking down to the docking bay together. And on the way, Annika was holding Obi-Wan's hand as they were heading to the docking bay. Anakin had also asked Rene if she was okay, and she told him that she couldn't be better, but she thanked him for asking. When they got to the docking bay, Nom and Oola were already there waiting for them. They all boarded the Mind's Eye, Nom got clearance to leave, and they were on their way to Dantooine.
Rene told them all about Anakin's plan about everyone splitting up into groups so they all could get to see the planet. They all seemed fine with it, but you could see in Annika's eyes that she was more than fine with it; she was happy that she was going to spend time alone with Obi-Wan.
They were just about to go into hyperspace when it felt like the Mind's Eye was hit. Nom got very upset because she loved her ship and she wasn't going to let anyone destroy it either. Obi-Wan looked out of the Mind's Eye's window and saw it was pirates. He told everyone that they were being attacked by pirates. So Nom yelled, "Dathomir Witch Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Dathomir, Annika yelled, "Bakura Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Bakura, Rene yelled, "Dantooine Power, Make Up!" and transforms into Sailor Dantooine, and Oola yelled, "Ryloth Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Ryloth, while Obi-Wan and Anakin turned their lightsabers on.
The pirates had blasted the door to the Mind's Eye, and then they boarded the ship while the smoke was clearing up. Nom shouted, "Stone River!" and streams of liquid rock came from her fingertips wrapped around the enemy, and then she yelled "Obliterate" which squeezed him into dust. Obi-wan ran up to another Pirate who was also a boarding the ship and started to swing at him. But he blocked Obi-Wan's lightsaber with his ax. Anakin ran to the other side of the pirate and started to swing at him too. They both ended up getting the second pirate. Annika shouted, "Crystallization Freeze!" which froze one of the pirates that had also boarded the ship. And Oola shouted, "Ryloth Planetary Kick!" and she jumped in the air, and time had stopped, and her leg started to charge up with energy, and when she came down, time started again, and she kicked the frozen pirate, and she shattered him into a million pieces. Rene shouted, "Lavender Grass" and grass started coming out from her fingertips, and it went around the pirate and squeezed him to death before he could get his foot in the door. The rest of the pirates ran off the ship, scared.
As soon as they were gone Nom took off to Dantooine. Then all the Senshi transformed back, and they were on their way again.
When they got to Dantooine, Nom asked Oola to help her fix the ship so they could leave later. They were going to stay behind while everyone went exploring. But they promised to meet up later, so that they all could go over to Rebel headquarters to talk to someone about her parents and her being the daughter of the Rebel leaders. Rene knew she had to let them know that she was there, because her parents would want her to let them know that she was safe. So Obi-Wan and Annika decided to go off in one direction, while Rene and Anakin went off in another direction and Nom and Oola stayed behind to repair the ship.
All of sudden, as soon as Oola and Nom were alone, two Sith came out of nowhere, ready to attack Nom and Oola. Oola had just turned around because she heard a noise and she wanted to check it out, when she saw Sailor Death Star Vra Vji. She yelled, "Ryloth Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Ryloth.
Nom heard her, so she yelled, "Dathomir Witch Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Dathomir.
Sailor Death Star shouted, "Death Star Laser Beam!" and she fired at Sailor Dathomir, who got hit and went flying into the air and landed on the ground with a thump. Sailor Dathomir was in real pain, but she still got up even though she was weak and yelled, "Brown Water Spout Rise!" A drop of water had hit the ground and started to collect dust and all of the dirt around it, turning it muddy brown. She then yelled again, "Brown Water Spout!" and it rose up into a tornado of water and was heading toward Sailor Death Star, when she yelled, "Death Star Laser Beam!" again. This time it killed Sailor Dathomir, but not before the tornado of water hit Sailor Death Star and send her flying off in a tornado of water.
Sailor Ryloth was fighting with Vra Vji. Vra Vji yelled, "Telekinetic!" and she picked up a couple of rocks with her mind and threw them at Sailor Ryloth. She ducked just in time before the rocks, which missed her by an inch, took off her head. Sailor Ryloth then got up and yelled, "Crescent Headpiece Slash!" and lowered her head down, and the center of her head piece started glowing, and then detached itself and charged at Vra Vji, but Vra Vji yelled, "Telepathy!" just in time, so Sailor Ryloth missed her. Vra Vji then reappeared and yelled, "Telekinetic!" again, and just as she was about to pick up some steel with her mind to throw at Sailor Ryloth, Sailor Ryloth yelled, "Planetary Kick!" and she jumped in the air, and time stopped, and her leg started charging with energy. Then time restarted, and she kicked through Vra Vji, and Vra Vji went flying into the air and disappeared.
Then afterwards, Sailor Ryloth runs over to Sailor Dathomir to see if she was okay, because she had seen her on the ground just laying there. But it turned out she was already dead and there was nothing she could do.
Then all of a sudden bright light appeared, and Sailor Ryloth covered her eyes because the light was so bright. Then Sailor Thyferra appeared. "I'm Sailor Thyferra, and I'm the senshi of healing," and then she yelled, "Bacta Revolve Heal!" and Sailor Dathomir started to blink her eyes, but before either one of them could say something to her, she disappeared at the speed of light. Sailor Ryloth and Sailor Dathomir didn't know who she was and wished that they could thank her for saving Sailor Dathomir's life.
At the same time Rene and Anakin were heading toward town when Sith Knight Wayland and Sailor Sith Taanab attacked them. Anakin pulled his lightsaber out and Rene yelled, "Dantooine Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Dantooine. Sailor Dantooine yelled, "Sand Blast!" and sand came off the ground and started flying toward Sith Knight Wayland. He got sand thrown in his face, so he couldn't see. He yelled, "Torturing Pain, Destroy!" then he called out Sailor Dantooine's name, and then a wind came up and went toward Sailor Dantooine. She then started to suffer from every attack that she had ever suffered from. She tried to fight it, but she was having trouble fighting it. Sailor Dantooine started to scream, and then she yelled, "Shooting Star," and tried to stretch her arm so she can get Sith Knight Wayland, but she was having trouble moving her body because of all the suffering she was going through. She tried again, and this time got her arms up and yelled, "Shooting Star!" again, and shooting stars started coming out of her fingertips and hit Sith Knight Wayland. He went flying to the ground. Sailor Dantooine then tried to stand up and yelled at the same time, "Lavender Grass!" but before she could hit him with her Lavender Grass attack, he took off. As soon as he disappeared, Sailor Dantooine fell to the ground, still suffering from the attack. After a few minutes, the suffering stopped, and Sailor Dantooine tried to recover from the attack.
Anakin had gone after Sailor Sith Taanab. Sailor Sith Taanab yelled, "Tree Branch Tangle!" Tree branches started to come around Anakin and tangled him in tree branches. Anakin then started to cut his way out of the tree branches. When Sailor Sith Taanab saw that Anakin was almost out of the tree branches, she again yelled, "Tree Branch Tangle!" The tree branches started to come around Anakin again, but this time the tree branches got caught around his neck, and he dropped his lightsaber and tried to pull the branches loose, but he couldn't get them loose, and he called Sailor Dantooine to help him.
Sailor Dantooine heard Anakin, and she got up off the ground to go and help him even though she was still weak from the attack. Sailor Sith Taanab turned around and saw Sailor Dantooine getting up and yelling, "Sand Blast!" She then yelled, "Flower Pollen Dust!" and a cloud of pollen was created all around so Sailor Dantooine couldn't see Sailor Sith Taanab, but she was hit by the sand blast before the cloud of pollen appeared. But when the cloud of pollen disappeared, Sailor Sith Taanab was gone.
Sailor Dantooine then went over to help Anakin out of the tree branches, but when she got there, Anakin was already turning blue in the face. By the time she got Anakin out of the tree branches, he was already dead; he choked to death. She then took her heart-shaped crystal necklace and yelled, "Glow Crystal!" The heart-shaped crystal necklace started to glow, and then she yelled, "Heal Power!" and a beam started to come out of the heart-shaped crystal necklace and surrounded Anakin's body and started to heal him up. Anakin started to open his eyes and the beam disappeared back into the heart-shaped crystal necklace, and the necklace stopped glowing altogether.
At the same time, Annika and Obi-Wan were attacked by two Sith. Obi-Wan saw them, and he pulled out his lightsaber and went after Sith Knight Oovo. Annika saw Obi-Wan pull out his lightsaber and yelled, "Bakura Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Sailor Bakura and went after Sith Charming. Obi-Wan tried to swing at Sith Knight Oovo, but before he could swing at Sith Knight Oovo, he yelled, "Death Walls Collide!" He then put his arms straight out to his sides, saying, "Death Walls," and then brings his hands together and finished his sentence, "Collide!" Two transparent black walls appeared next to Obi-Wan and started coming together, like his hands were, squashing Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan shut down his lightsaber and put it back on his belt. He then closed his eyes and focused on the Force. He used the Force to stop the walls from squashing him to death. The more Sith Knight Oovo pushed his hands together, the more Obi-Wan used the Force to stop the walls. Obi-Wan decided to use the Force to push Sith Knight Oovo on the ground because they couldn't keep this up forever and no one was going to win this way either. So Obi-Wan pushed the walls apart and then used the Force to push Sith Knight Oovo before he could close his hands together again. Sith Knight Oovo then went flying to the ground, and he decided that since Obi-Wan could stop his death walls collide, he should get out of there, because he know that he couldn't stop Obi-Wan. So Sith Knight Oovo took off.
Annika was just about to say, "Waterfall Blast!" when Sith Charming yelled, "Dark Eyes!" and before Annika could finish her sentence, she started to stare at Sith Charming. He then yelled, "Dark Eyes!" again, and she fell under his spell. Sith Charming saw Obi-Wan coming over to where they were, and he then told Sailor Bakura to attack Obi-Wan because he's the bad guy and he wanted to kill her. Sailor Bakura turned around and saw Obi-Wan coming toward them, and she yelled, "Waterfall Blast!" and a tornado of water came up and went toward Obi-Wan, and he got hit full force with it. He was thrown to the ground from it, and he then got up.
"Sailor Bakura, what are you doing? It's me, Obi-Wan."
But Sailor Bakura didn't say a word. Sith Charming told her to attack Obi-Wan again. This time, Obi-Wan pulled out his lightsaber and got it ready for her next attack. She then yelled, "Peace and Love Shock!" Obi-Wan got hit very badly, and he started to shake from the shock.
Then Anakin and Sailor Dantooine came running up when they saw that Sailor Bakura was attacking Obi-Wan. Sailor Dantooine saw that Sith Charming was controlling her every move. Sailor Dantooine told Obi-Wan and Anakin that the only reason she was attacking him was because she was being controlled by Sith Charming and he had her under some kind of mind control. So Anakin and Sailor Dantooine went after Sith Charming, while Obi-Wan tried to stop Sailor Bakura from hurting him or even her own self.
When Sith Charming saw Anakin and Sailor Dantooine come after him, he yelled, "Dark Power, Make Up!" and transformed into Darth Syn. He then pulled out his death blade. Anakin took out his lightsaber and started to swing at Darth Syn. Their lightsabers stuck together blow after blow. Then Darth Syn's death blade touched Anakin in the side and killed him. Darth Syn went after Obi-Wan and Sailor Dantooine. Obi-Wan was trying to stop Sailor Bakura from killing him.
"Sailor Bakura, I love you, and you love me. Why are you doing this? Please try to fight his mind control over you. I don't want to hurt you. I love you more than life itself." Obi-wan then grabbed Sailor Bakura and kissed her on the lips. She started to blink her eyes and shook her head.
"What's going on? Why are you kissing me while we are under attack, Obi-Wan?"
Obi-Wan happened to break the spell she was under by using the power of love on her. When she found out what she had done to Obi-Wan, she told him that she was sorry and went after Darth Syn. But before Sailor Bakura could even get close to him, he started to swing his death blade at Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan pulled his lightsaber out and blocked the attack. Darth Syn yelled, "Dark Portal!" and lifted his arms in the air, and a gulf of darkness came over the sky, and he then disappeared before Obi-Wan could strike at him again.
After a few minutes the air cleared. Sailor Dantooine ran up to Anakin, knowing that he was dead again took out her heart-shaped crystal necklace and yelled, "Glow Crystal!" The necklace started to glow, and then she yelled, "Heal Power!" and a beam came out of the necklace and went around Anakin's body again. He then started to blink his eyes, and the beam went back into the necklace. Obi-Wan and Sailor Bakura were now staring at Sailor Dantooine and Anakin. Anakin got up like nothing happened.
"What's wrong, Sailor Bakura and Obi-Wan? Are you two alright?"
"Sailor Dantooine, what did you just do?"
"I just healed Anakin up because he was killed. Why, Sailor Bakura?"
"Well, I didn't know you could do that."
"To tell you the truth, I didn't know until Anakin got killed that the heart-shaped crystal necklace had healing powers."
"That's pretty cool - if someone gets hurt or something, then you can use your necklace on them."
Sailor Dantooine then looked at Obi-Wan and saw his arm was badly injured from fighting with Sailor Bakura. So she took out the necklace again and yelled, "Glow Crystal!" and it started to glow again, and then she yelled, "Heal Power!" and a beam came out of the necklace and went around Obi-Wan's arm and started to heal his arm up. After it had finished healing his arm, the beam came back to the necklace.
"Thanks, Sailor Dantooine. That really felt weird though, like it was sewing the wound from the inside of my arm."
"You're welcome, Obi-Wan."
"I also want to thank you too, Sailor Dantooine, for saving my life twice now."
"Your welcome too, Anakin."
"But Obi-Wan is right though, it did feel weird."
Sailor Dantooine and Sailor Bakura both transformed back into Rene and Annika. Then they all started to wonder if Nom and Oola were okay. They then all got up and ran back to where the ship was. When they got there, they saw Sailor Dathomir and Sailor Ryloth transforming back to Nom and Oola.
"Are you two okay? What happened here?" Annika said with a worried look on her face.
"We are fine now, but we were attacked by two Sith. And one had killed Nom, but then this woman who looked like a Sailor Senshi came out of nowhere and healed her up, which was very weird. All she said was that she was Sailor Thyferra, and before we could thank her, she was gone at the speed of light. I don't know where she came from - one minute she was there, and the next she was gone."
"We were also attacked by two Sith. One had killed Anakin, but I used my necklace to heal him up. I didn't know my necklace had power at all. And then we went to check on Obi-Wan and Annika. A Sith had put her under his spell and she was attacking Obi-Wan as Sailor Bakura. So Anakin and I tried to take him out, but he ended up killing Anakin, injuring Obi-Wan, and before we could stop him, he disappeared. But Obi-Wan had broken the spell on Sailor Bakura by kissing her. So I healed Anakin and Obi-Wan up, and we came here to see if you two were okay. By the way, Nom, are the repairs on the ship almost done? Or do you need some help?"
"They are almost done - Oola and I had gotten it almost all done before we were attacked. I just have to finish putting the door on, and I am done."
"Then we will wait for you to finish up so we can all go over to the head of the Rebellion. I hope that everyone doesn't mind?"
No one really minded, because they could all rest up while waiting for Nom to finish, which would take about five minutes. They all waited for Nom to put the door back on the Mind's Eye so it would be as good as new again.
When she got finished, they all walked over to the Rebel headquarters to talk to someone so that Rene could find out about her family. When they got there, the Rebels had asked them what they wanted, and Rene told them that her parents were the heads of the Rebellion, and she wanted to talk to someone. They let them in, and she introduced herself and everyone else to the guy. He then told them to follow him.
They followed him into the back room, and there was an old guy there who looked like he didn't have much more time left before dying. The guy went up to him and introduced them and left.
"So you want to know about Ral-Chan and Mandar? May I ask you why, my dear child?"
"I was told she was my mother and he was my father. I didn't know them long because, they sent me to Earth so the Sith wouldn't kill me."
"So you must be baby Rene, but we haven't seen you since she was five years old, and a Sailor Senshi came here to help Ral-Chan and Mandar take you to Earth. That was like twenty-four years ago. And no one ever say the Sailor Senshi again so we couldn't go to Earth and find you. How did you get here, Little Rene?"
"Well, all I know is that Annika came to find me because of a vision Master Yoda had. And now I'm here because Master Yoda told me that I should go to Dantooine to find out about my parents. So can you help me out?"
"Yes, I can help you out, Rene. Your father was Jedi Knight Mandar, and your mother was Ral-Chan from Dantooine. Your mother was a slave when your father came to Dantooine on a mission from Master Yoda. He happened to free your mother along with all the other people on the planet. But they fell in love, and she trained to be a Jedi Knight too. After she passed her Knighthood test, she became a Jedi Knight, and then your parents were married. They were then sent down here to help the Rebels out. Then afterwards, she had you, and they stayed here, and Master Yoda agreed to it. Then you were taken to Earth at five years old, at which time your mother was pregnant with your baby brother, and three years later your parents were killed."
"I have a baby brother? What his name, where is he, and can I see him?"
"I'm sorry. When he was six years old, he was kidnapped, and we never saw him again. If he's still alive, he would be twenty-three years old, and his name is Mel-chan. That's all I know - I wish I could help you some more. but I can't. Oh, by the way, I do have a few things that belong to your parents."
"May have them?"
"Sure you can have them, because they belonged to your parents. They are your father's lightsaber, your mother's bracelet, and hologram pic of your family. This is a pic of your mother, this one is of your father, this one is of your baby brother, and this one is of them all together before your parents died."
"Oh, thank you so much. This is the best gift I could ever have. And now I know about my family too."
"But there is one other thing that I know which no one else knows. I know your secret."
"What secret?"
"The secret that you are Sailor Dantooine, defender of truth, love, peace, and joy."
"So you know my secret it's out."
"Don't worry, I wouldn't say anything and haven't told a soul. Your parents told me before they died so just in case you were ever found, then I could tell you. But you can do your parents on favor though. Honor them in fighting for freedom for our planet, in defending our planet. This is all I ask for, nothing more."
"I will honor my parents and my planet by defending my planet in the name of truth, love, peace, and joy. I will do everything I can do for my planet. But I want to thank you for telling me about my family."
"You are welcome, Rene, and I hope you will return again soon."
"I will try to return as often as I can."
When Rene and the old guy finished, it was getting late, so he decided that he would walk with them to their ship and see them off. They didn't mind leaving in the middle of the night. When they got back to the ship, Rene thanked the old man once again and told him good bye and that she promised to come back. While Rene was saying her goodbyes, Nom started up the ship. As soon as Rene closed the door, they were on there way home to Coruscant.
They were all happy to be going home. But Rene couldn't wait to get back to Coruscant because she couldn't wait to talk to Master Yoda. There were questions lifted and answered, and Master Yoda knew about her family what he didn't tell her about. She wanted to ask him about it when they got back.
