It is the time that
Humans call Spring.
When people's fancy turns
To love and such things.
"That would explain the notes," Mori Hoshi grinned, holding up a handful of slips of paper. Zarathustra nodded. The Force-pegasus and the Kashyyyk girl were sitting in the main room of the Room Behind the Waterfall. Rather, Mori was sitting, and Zar was kind of floating around.
Mori was sorting the papers into piles. "Cute. Not cute. Young. Old." She frowned.
Zar put his head on her shoulder.
What are you doing
With these paper bits
On which such acclamations
Are so writ?
"Sorting them."
Zar glared at her, and Mori giggled. "Okay, okay!" the blonde laughed. "I'm putting them into piles by their attributes."
The pegasus rolled his eyes.
Love's a fancy thing,
Bitter, yet sweet.
Like battling through the bees
To get to the honey treat.
"Did you talk like that when you were real?" Mori grumbled. "Because I bet it got on people's nerves."
Zarathustra gave a half-snort, half-laugh. Shaking his mane, he trotted off through the wall into the Room of A Thousand Waterfalls.
Now he's cute! Zar heard someone Force-whisper. He shook his head, supposing it was one of the Senshi checking out a Padawan or two. Unfortunately for him, it wasn't.
"Who?" Kiri asked, running the currycomb over Kaze's back. The black horse lashed her tail and cocked an ear towards one of the waterfalls.
Him, the Arabian sighed. He's dreamy!
Kiri frowned, searching the landscape for the boy that Kaze was talking about. "Describe him."
Tall, silver, handsome... blue eyes... beautiful wings... Kaze's eyes glazed over as she grinned.
With a giggle, Kiri realized that her equine friend was talking about the resident Force-ghost. "Zarathustra?" she tried not to giggle harder. "You've got it bad, Kaze," Kiri commented, poking the horse. "Wake up, silly."
Kaze was deeply involved in a daydream consisting of herself and Zar cantering through a rolling meadow of beautiful flowers.
"He's coming over here!" Kiri grinned.
The black horse's eyes went wide. Does my mane look okay? she worried.
Kiri made a show of thinking. "Hmmm. I only groomed you three times today."
Kaze blushed. Sorry.
Hello ladies,
I need you to say
Whether or not Chikako
Has passed this way.
His blue eyes watched over the two of them as they thought. Usually, Zar could find anyone he wanted to on account of being one with the Force. Chikako, however, had a tendency to block the Force where even he couldn't find her.
Kaze's eyes were too starry for the horse to make any reply, so Kiri took over. "I think she's in the meditation room, hiding from Nom. Something about cobbler."
Zar smiled.
Thank you for aiding
Me on my quest
I wish to each of you
A day that's the best.
He's dreamy! Kaze exclaimed again. And he smiled at me!
Kiri decided not to mention that Zar was only being polite as she went back to brushing Kaze's back.

A slip of red paper was under Priire's door when she woke up the next morning. Being the curious type, the ex-mercenary unfolded it to see who it was to. She did her best not to break out into fits of laughter when she saw. Priire tucked the note into her pocket after she'd gotten dressed to give to the intended recipient when she saw him next.
"Poor Zarathustra," she mused aloud. "Looks like you've got a secret admirer." The blonde shook her head. Wouldn't Mori get a kick out of this! Priire laughed evilly to herself and began preparing to take bets on what would happen between the two equines.
