Blizzard Blast! Hoth puts hands together like Jupiter's Sparking Wide Pressure. As her hands separate, a whirling ball of ice, snow and freezing winds expands and gets powerful. She then quickly slams the heels of her hands together (like Mars at end of Celestial Fire Surround), shooting the blast at the enemy.
Ice Reflection Surround! This starts like Mercury's Shine Aqua Illusion. The whirl of ice as she spins becomes either a very strong shield against attack or a huge jagged chunk of diamond-hard ice that can penetrate a barrier.
Ice Dragon Attack! Hoth crosses her arms like Jupiter's Supreme Thunder Dragon. She is surrounded by a buildup of lightning and ice/sleet. As she uncrosses her arms, the mix of lightning and ice take on the shape of a icy, powerful dragon which attacks the enemy.
Snowflake Kiss! A calming power, good for panicky civilians. Hoth simply spins slowly and blows a kiss (a bit like Venus' Love and Beauty Shock). A gentle fall of snowflakes covers the civilians who feel peaceful and calm (or even sleepy if necessary). The snowflakes simply disappear.

Yukiko is the trueborn Princess of Hoth. In the SWSS time period, Hoth is a triple domed resort area - a cross between Vail, Aspen and Las Vegas, with a thriving tourist trade and mining operations, though Yuki knows that the Empire will eventually destroy Hoth, leaving only the barren, harsh planet suitable only for desperate rebels that we know from ESB.

Her father was Prince Ryun of Hoth, her mother Jedi Knight Kyri-lyn, twin sister to the Princess of Aquaris. An assassination attempt was made on the royal couple while Kyri-lyn was pregnant with Yuki. They and the Princess of Aquaris, fleeing the killers of her husband and also pregnant, fled to Earth. Yukiko was born in Obihiro, Japan on the same day that Miyuki was born in Tokyo. The two were very close when young. While on Earth, Yukiko's father taught political science at Obihiro University and her mother ran a martial arts school. Yukiko's parents perished in an earthquake when she was thirteen and Yukiko was sent to live with an "aunt" and her "cousin" Aisu (Sailor Chibi Hoth) in San Francisco. Yukiko has recently learned that Aisu is actually her future daughter by Ben Skywalker, the future son of Luke and Mara. Aisu has a twin sister, Princess Hisako Skywalker. After the loss of her mother, Miyuki ended up in Washington, DC, and the two lost track of each other until they met again in the Star Wars galaxy as Sailor Jedi.

Yuki's transformational wand holds a piece of the royal Ice Star Crystal which transforms her into Princess Kyri-Lyn of Hoth (named after her mother, as Yukiko keeps her civilian identity a secret) and can only be touched by the innocent. The Planetary Governor and a High Council run Hoth on behalf of the Princess as she pursues her destiny as a Sailor Jedi. Yukiko is engaged and Force-bonded to Benjamin Skywalker, the Coruscant Knight, her future Prince.
