How Ippin Grew Her Hair Back

"That's IT!" Ippin yelled, storming into Priire's bedroom and slamming the door behind her. She flopped onto her twin's bed angrily.

Priire looked away from the blaster she was cleaning to her fuming sister. "What's it?"

"My hair! I refuse to be made a mockery of!"

Priire narrowed her eyes. "Riku again?"

"Who else? He's stopped calling me Coru at all! Now he calls me sawhair, or something equally exasperating." Ippin sat up quickly, seeing the look on Priire's face. "Down Aster. Good twin." She reached over and patted Priire on the head like a puppy, then grinned at her sister's annoyed expression. "Don't kill him, okay?"

Priire sighed dejectedly. "You're sure?"

"I'm sure."

"Sith, and I really thought I'd get to this time." Priire grinned.

Ippin smiled cutely. "But when he sees what I'm gonna do, the shock might just kill him anyway."

Priire's interest was sparked, but the redheaded senshi was already out the door, grinning mischievously.

The main room of the "Complex Behind the Waterfall" - as some of the Senshi has taken to calling it - was usually filled with senshi. This time was no exception; nearly every single on of the senshi was there, watching Who Wants To Have A Trillion Credits on the holovid.

A Chadra Fan was going for a trillion when the door opened. At first only little Nijihoshi looked over, not knowing the answer to the question she wasn't interested. "Ippi-sama!"

At the little girl's exclamation, everyone turned and looked at the doorway, where a grinning Ippin stood, her knee-length hair fanning around her. One of the newer Chibi Senshi, who had never seen her with long hair before, thought that it was a fire and let out a little shriek before realizing that it was actually Ippin's hair.

Ippin grinned. "Like it?" She spun around, her hair spinning widely around her. Unfortunately, she wasn't used to the weight and stumbled a bit. She straightened up and grinned.

Priire ran over to her twin an looked in amazement. "Okay, I give up. How'd you do it?"

Ippin grinned. "Hey, what's the use of being the Guardian of Time if you can't make your hair grow faster?"

Xarae ventured to answer. "To keep time in its proper order perhaps?" But she was smiling.

Ippin stuck her tongue out and moved aside. "Oh Aster..."

Priire glanced up past her twin into the hallway. She gasped and looked back at Ippin. "Coru?"

Ippin laughed. "I told you the shock might kill him. Actually it just made him faint but..." The rest of the group looked past the twins to where Riku was floating mid-air, unconcious.

Behind them, the Chadra Fan was celebrating his winnings and throwing credits to the crowd.
